Bernardo Corrêa de Sá
Founder of CS Next Law, graduated in 2004 at the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University and has over 20 years of professional experience.
With his vast experience, over the last years, he has accompanied hundreds of foreign clients of more than 40 nationalities seeking to establish their residence in Portugal.
He has particular experience in advising on the acquisition of nationality and residence rights, as well as on tax advice for obtaining the status of non-usual resident, tax planning for family income or assets, wills or donations, as well as monitoring the acquisition, sale, or rental/use of all types of real estate assets in Portugal.
In addition, Bernardo has provided in-depth legal advice to several national and international companies operating in the field of Real Estate promotion and mediation, restaurants, pharmaceuticals, gyms, and health clubs, among others.
